Newsletter sign-up

If you subscribe, we collect your email address to send you updates about our work. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time using the unsubscribe link in every message.

Traffic statistics

With your consent, we use Google Analytics to see how the website is used. The data is aggregated and does not allow us to identify you.

Security

To protect the website from malicious activity, technical data such as IP address and browser type are logged. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in the security of our systems.

How long we keep it

Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and, if a collaboration follows, for as long as our related obligations last. Newsletter sign-up data is kept until you ask to be removed.

Who we share data with

We do not sell or rent personal data. Data may be processed by providers who support us technically, such as the website hosting company, the newsletter service and Google. These providers act under contractual data-protection terms.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection to processing, as well as the right to withdraw your consent.
